I don't think you can monetize these documents, they are to pay public debt only, like credit cards, mortgages, auto loans, etc. Monetizing these documents would be creating new currency, and thats a no no.

Question Re: Private Offset Bond

Hello, to answer your question, what you need to send for a mortgage. First you need to get a payoff amount for your mortgage from your bank or mortgage co.Then your promissary note is printed with your bond number and name of lender w/ amount owed. Also a Accepted for honor&value sheet, and a Notice Concerning Fiduciary Relationship (form 56) sheet sent to the Sec. of Treasury and one sent to the Comm. of IRS . All of this is sent in a full size envelope via Registered mail to Sec of Treasury w/ all seams on envelope taped. Make copies of everything. (use only red ink when signing forms) Hope this helps

you need to send it with presentment of a notary
apparently they already know how to monetize the doc. your signature does t hat i heard you need to give presentment through notary give them 72 hours to comply and then send them notice of default once again through notary. then 72 hours later do again with a 2nd notice of default and then another 72 hrs later notice of lien, take them to court as a show cause hearing with your judments and ask the court to show you a valid reason for not liquidating them. apperntly they usually will settle on the spot. i did not do my first presentment with notary. I need to redo it. this info was passed on to me by someone else with knowledge of it. i have not done this yet myself. goodluck to you

No they have not. It is all just nonsense.

Ask any reputable finance person.
Take this to one of the big accounting firms and see what they say. Or ask the FBI. Or your reputable banker.

if you are a citizen in the public then isnt it true it is fradulent.
BUT if you are a private flesh and blood man isnt it true this is legal remendy for the people in private. I guess it depends where your status is for each individual person if you are or are not breaking any laws, codes ,rules its obvious to me from past readings who is in public and who is private. the ones in private know whats up and the guy who says its a scam is lost beyond words. he only knows and lives in the fraud. good luck to you and you should find a new forum to chat in!!
