Did you not read the part on the website (that was also reposted here) that said he's taking donations to fight HIS legal battles?

I don't think the comments about him have been meaningless. He hasn't been successful in court EVER! I'd say that's pretty meaningful. Considering, he wants you to use the same methods he did. People trying to reach him have been unsuccessful, lending no support to his credibility. Perhaps because Mr. Hardin is defending another lawsuit against him, or possibly hiding from the next one. You obviously don't have any first hand knowledge of his methods working, or you would have posted that in your reply -- therefore, I have no reason to believe his methods have ever worked for anyone. That's pretty meaningful as well. Someone pointed out that all there is on the website are letters HE wrote -- no proof of any discharging of debt after those letters were received. That was a meaningful comment. Where is the proof? What response did he get from those letters? And the best part...people that actually believe in this nonsense even say that Denny Hardin is no good! How much more meaningful do you want to get???

Do you know Denny Hardin personally? You certainly speak as if you do. Ask him if he ever plans on winning a case.

And by the way, who are the other "advocates" of the Americans Republic Party, besides Denny Hardin? I didn't see any other names listed on the website. Maybe I just missed them. So, please, if there are other advocates, let us know who they are.
It does not say they are taking donations to fight his legal battles. Guess you never learned to read either

I'm a member of the ARP and proud of it. I won't comment on the attacks made towards Denny. He is an honest and just man, unlike our court system. Which has become so littered with corruption and greed i weep for their future. I call it Crime leading the blind. Why? Because they are criminals acting above and outside the law. We are the blind forcing ourselves to follow as the fool. Most city officials have a pathetic God complex that lacks any of the morals or values this country was found. Show me a free American and I'll show you a happy slave. Denny has fed, clothed and sheltered me and many more. The state and federal government left me homeless, broke, and starving at the age of 15. legal has nothing to do with moral right or wrong anymore. guess its just for lining pockets with hard working americans money.

Just because you do not understand Mr. Hardin's process does not mean it is a scam. If it was he would have had charges filed against him, which to date he has had none. So where is your proof it is a scam.

Seems to be alot of arguing as to whether or not this is real. Here's a thought; for those who believe it, do it. For those who don't believe it, don't.

Wow, that was easy!

So what happened? He told you it was a scam -- not just a scam but a "big" scam -- then changed his mind? That's a pretty big deviation. Are you sure you want to trust this guy?

He needs a couple of weeks to clear the account? What account? Your account with Etrade? I don't think they deal with these bonds (I don't think anybody does, because they're not legitimate).

So, you're saying that you called up Etrade, told them about this process, the guy told you it was a big scam, then called you back sometime later and told you he's going to help you by looking into it? Is he charging you for this service?

I don't think cocoi mentioned the 1099. But cocoi, if you do respond, don't forget to respond to the other posts too. You know, the one asking why you called people stupid when you hadn't even seen this process through to the end, and the one asking about your progress on your way to being debt free.
oh well, just go to youtube and type STRAWMAN, debtor, creditor etc. don't think it has something to do with e-trade :-). goodluck peeps!!! GOD BLESS everyone.... Its really hard to believe that thing like this happens in real life. it's more like the movie i saw "children of men" in a way
