ebay cancelled sale
I bought and paid for an item on ebay I then recieved an email from ebay saying that the sale had been cancelled. As the item I wanted was a gift I then went out locally and bought the same item, Then a week later I recieved the item from ebay. I dont want it now and I am well out of pocket. Can I claim my money back from ebay?

What does the seller say; you certainly can send it back in any case yes.
