I control Panama foundation and need advice on ways to administer foundation when I die or if I am disabled. Large trustee companies are not interested unless they can control foundation now and I am reluctant to connsider small trustee companies or lawyers because of risk.

It would seem you need to consult over details with an international accounting firm like KPMG for example or legal counsel that handle such matters.
World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page. |
