may be getting a hefty state fine
I am possibly (most likely) going to be getting a state fine...I want to know what I can do now before actually getting it to protect my personal assests. I am a sole proprietor. What should I know before hand??

You cannot simply get rid of assets to avoid paying, but a good financial planner could help you set up firms, trusts, gifts or other structures that may lessen the impact.
