Hi,
in the UK there's a "Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998". Can anyone tell me what is the US equivalent that would apply to a small services business? Thanks! |

It is usually contractual in part but each state has its own rules in the US, as to max interest, statutory intererest and the like.
