I was President of a Corporation which was dissolved in 2001. There were no assets. A collection agency that bought a debt of the Corporation is trying to collect from me pesonally. I did fill out the application for the CC, but did not sign any kind of guaranty. Am I responsible for the Corporations debt?

Unless you also somehow signed in your personal capacity you would not be liable for those debts.
