Confused Corporate Charter Revoked

I just found out that a Non-Profit Corporation that I deal with had their chrter revoked by the state in 1987. They own a building, which they are now trying to sell. Are they legally allowed to do that?

Default Re: Corporate Charter Revoked

They should not still be acting as a non-profit; their status may have changed. Call the state dept of corporations to see what is the status now, if anything.
