Default Liability, Negligence and Fraud

I have made an order to a Chinese company that failed to deliver and communicate after the order. There is reason to suspect fraud. I would like to purse every legal avenue possible to be able to have my money returned to me.

The company was found through www.tradekey.com. They had a system of gold and silver memberships that were related to tradekey.com researching the company and verifying it. After I realized that this company had scammed me, I did some research on the internet, and it turns out that other people have been ripped off by the same company on tradekey, through tradekey. They reported the fraud to tradekey more than 3-4 weeks ago and tradekey.com did not act on any of their claims. If tradekey.com did act on the claims, it would of prevented my involvement with the company.

My question is:

I pretty much can kiss my original investment good-bye, because it seems that no one ever sees their money again after instances such as these with China. But is there a chance I could?

Second, is tradekey.com at all liable considering the company had been "verified" by tradekey to be a "trusted" company as stated on the website.

Third, is tradeky at all at fault for being negligent because they did not act on others' claims?

I HAVE ALSO BEEN FRAUDED BY THE SAME COMPANY. THERE ARE AT LEAST FIVE MORE PEOPLE THAT I PERSONALLY KNOW OF AND THAT'S JUST IN THE US. I HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE AT THIS POINT SO EVEN IF IT TAKES YEARS TO GET MY MONEY BACK I WILL STEADILY WORK ON THIS UNTIL I AM VINDICATED. I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THREE LAWYERS OVER IN CHINA WHERE THE INCIDENT HAPPENED. THERE ARE LAWS AGAINST INTERNATIONAL WIRE FRAUD SO I KNOW THAT WE HAVE A CASE. IT'S SIMPLY A MATTER OF TIME
