ok I think I have had a payday loan on line last year not sure, but I live in texas, i get a call from attorney at law, they say for me to have my attorney to contact them. they call me from this number 7162990418 his name is logan. 18885925556 I almost fax my credit card information to them but I talk too the federal trade commissioner they said for me to wait for a letter sent to my physical address. but can they put a judgement on line against me? the attorney general in dallas said to me they would have to sue me by where I live. i just want proof too send me a letter whom I owe and why. i don't have same email that they have on me. what do I do?
