My question is concerning whether I can use information from other sites to use on a new website that I want to build. The website would list information about sports cards. People get sports cards graded to find out the condition, by compaines like PSA (psacard.com) and Beckett (beckett.com), when they grade a card they record it on their population report. They have the population reports listed on their website to tell how many of certain cards are out their and were graded. Am I able to use the numbers from their sites on my site to create a combined population report for the two sites. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks! |

You normally would need their permission. That is their content.
