HSBC Mortage Corp. USA
Seeking Legal Advise in this matter. All advise and suggestions are welcomed.
Here is the reason why: *On July 15, 2006 a payment by telephone was made with and HSBC Mortgage Repersenitive, using Navy Federal Checking account. I had received a phone call on July 31, 2006 from Johnathon indicating that the payment for the month of July had not been received. I then immediately verified with Navy Federal Online banking that the payment did not post, nor was it rejected. I asked Johnathon why the payment did not go through. Johnathon stated |
