profit sharing help

hi ok i work for a small company in nj 10 employees we have profit sharing im there 10 years and vested its a retiremant plan so we get no quarterly paymeants just a statemeant every year it closes in december and we gat a statemeant 60 days later but this year we are 10 months into the year no statemeant ask and get ill look into it is there a time line by law that this has to be given to you 2nd ? is i have like 30.000 in there if i take a loss do they have to disclose where that loss was or went i dont know who holds it or who invest it never given that information ask i get a ivestmeant company has it very tight lipped about it so im a little worried something not right now it took me 4 weeks to get my vaction pay i have three weeks n took two and got one keep getting next week so im concerned
