hiring a venture capital lawyer on contingency or other arrangement
I need a lawyer to help handle our venture capital process but really cannot afford to pay 300 bucks an hour.
Can I make some kind of deal that they get stock or part of the VC proceeds? I asked one and he did not seem keen on that. We already have two VC deals that look promising. |
