How to create a division of an LLC?
Hi,
I currently have an LLC and am thinking about creating different divisions to handle different products and services. What legal steps do I need to take to legally, publically state "ABC is a division of XYZ"? If it makes a difference, the LLC is registered for operation in the state of Pennsylvania. Thanks in advance. |

That will really be more of an internal and management issue. You can call them divisions but they are all still part of the LLC and the entire LLC is liable for their actions, and it is all booked as one entity when it comes times for taxes.
