Question abandoned goods
I run a pack & ship store. A customer left goods with me to pack and said she would pick them up the next day. That was in October, and she's never returned. I've called numerous times (no answer, no answering machine). What is my obligation? Can I sell the goods?

If you give 30 days notice in writing and they fail to get it--you may take it or dispose of it normally--give the police notice of what is happening as well...
