law in the Philippines that covers and provides security to the personal information
Is there any law in the Philippines that covers and provides security to the personal information such as legal documents and identification materials like Company ID, driver\'s license, bank statements,and others? Is there any law on privacy with this regard? Also, can the bank disclose loan details to relatives of the applicant?

The banking laws here have strict privacy safeguards. That information cannot be given out and you certainly could take legal action if that privacy was violated.
