i had taken a personal loan and i have been repaying them on a monthly basis EMI. i had given them cheque and an account number to autodebit the EMI every month. Later i have changed my bank account to a new financial institution. Now i have been paying the EMI manually by filling form and depositing the money at the loan center.
Now at the time of closure they are charging me a heavy fee of 9500 rs for cheque bounces. My question is there any way that the financial institution which gave me the loan can provide me any kind of waiver as there were no warnings given to me prior. please help me with this situation and let me know what should i do. |
