Default Do I have any recourse against the Cars.gov website?

I found info that was not correct there and now entered into a contract to buy a car.

Do I have any recourse against that site? They are trying to get people to rely on it!

The CARS Act requires the dealer to use the credit under the CARS program in addition to any rebates or discounts advertised by the dealer or offered by the new vehicle's manufacturer. The dealer may not use the credit to offset these rebates and discounts.

Can a dealer charge me 350 dollars to participate in the cash for clunkers program? They added it after all the documents were signed?

Seems wrong to me.

No they cannot offset technically but it may be hard to say what amount is for what frankly...
