Smile Can i charge my bankrupt customer differently?

My customer filed for bankruptcy with a few thousand dollars balance owed to me and still wanted to buy our merchandise. I decided to release orders for them and received DIP checks for payment. Initially, i thought it would be just a few orders but as i was getting more orders i thought maybe i could charge a little more to recover some of the overdue and now uncollectible balance. I have no intention to reduce the actual a/r balance on my book by doing that but i would know in my mind that i am getting paid a little by charging him with a higher margin.
Is it against the law?
