I had a broker that worked for me and he started his own company prior to settling his debt with my Company!
The amount is in excess of $41,000.00 how can I collect this money that is due? I have copies of invoices but he never signed anything. |

You can sue him using all the various pieces of evidence that you have to show what was agreed. WLD lawyers could often help collect as well before it even needs to go to court.
