USE OF LLC ON ALL PRINTED ADVERTISING, ETC.
A friend, who owns a small cafe, recently filed to change her business to an LLC. Is she now REQUIRED to put "LLC" on all advertising, product labels, business cards, etc. She had some things printed without the LLC and is now questioning whether it is okay to still use these. Thanks

No--that is not required. Your local lawyer can confirm for you.
But it does help to identify just what your business actually is. |
