Coorporation among friends!!

I am involved in a business venture with three other friends. We have been in business for 20 years. I own 1 share out of 4.5 shares. One owner has 2 sgares and runs the business. During this time he has devorced and re-married the same women. During his devorce he decided to take all the profit from the business. I talked to him about my fair share of the business and he says that I am getting 25% of my 5000 investment from the beginning. The other owners agree that it isn't fair but they will not go against a friend!! What can I do legally and can I get the money back from years past. I appreciate any feedback

He decided to take all profits? What did you say about that? And for how long has this been going on?
