Commerce with a Portuguese Company

I\'m working in a company which produces and exports swimming pool equipments in Istanbul, Turkey.

We made commerce with a Portuguese Company. Everything was normal but when the payment time is come, the responsible affirmed that the goods have been damaged when he delivered them. But we think that there is a bad intention and we would like to have recourse to the law. But I don\'t have much information about portugal law system.

I would like the learn:

1) What is \"Inkasso\"? and how is it working in Portugal?
2) Can I do something from Turkey (like petitioning, sending legal documents or proovements)
3) What do you suggest for us?
