Restaurant lease: I want to close the business
I own a small business, and business isn't going too well. I want to close the business but i still have my lease until November 1, 2010. What do I need to do in order to have the restaurant closed without having them put a lean on a house that I am still paying for? Can i just close it? Thank you.
