breach of vebal agreement
I rented the lower level of my child care business to a lady that had a special needs program, she was take in children that was not special needs, which ment she was stealing my business, we had a verbal agreement for her to do special needs, but we did have a one year lease, I canceled the agreement and gave her 30 days to vacate, do i have to give her deposit back, and she broke our agreement by stealing clients from me, and she was working under my license.
