Hi, forgive me if this post is wasting peoples time, but it's worth a try because Im really stumped for ideas.
I am in the process of writing a fictional comedic tale revolving around a privately owned company, but unfortunately Im not too familiar with business law, particularly US law. My question. What is a good simple way for my antagonist to steal a privately owned company from the storys hero, without getting caught? Or, alternatively I could change it to a public company in which case, how can my antagonist steal shares from the storys hero without getting caught? I suppose it may not even be possible, which means Ill have to resort to the old cliché of using blackmail. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
