Direct Buy and membership agreement

I entered into a membership agreement on 10-28-6 with Direct Buy. There is
\"notice of cancellation\" section on the back page that notes \"you may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation, within three business days from the above date. If you cancel, any payments made by you under the contract will be returned within ten business days following receipt by the buying club of your cancellation notice\" If Direct Buy failed to list a date, is the contract still legally binding and can I cancel without penalty? Thank you.

Normally you would get three days from the purchase date then.
