Sorry to hear you are still in slavery, but if you study you can overcome it all. There is no instant answer or solution, but a combination, just like the numerous Notices and executive orders enslaving you, they were not created in one day, but over time. Quick ways to gain power are to serve Notice, security agreement in UCC, copeyright and I have found Noticing that you stae on the constitution of 1789 and in paticular stand on your unalienable [not inalienable] rights under the binth amendment that they shut down quick.Once they sense fear they have you, but otherwise the reverse is true and you will prevail. Best of luck. I see WESTLEY SNIPESA PAID OF THE IRS with a BPN and some bounds, and the court was happy to accept them as was the IRS, so you have done somethinbg way wrong, are likely signed still into slavery or you would be left alone.Al}ways reserve all right and remedies.

Best regards,

Saying these "instruments" work requires clarification.

1) Is Mr. Marrero still the owner of the property, or has the Sheriff removed him after a post-foreclosure eviction?
2) Will a title company ignore the purportedly discharged mortgage?
3) Did Mr. Marrero do a quiet title action and win a court-affirmed discharge of the mortgage?
4) Did Mr. Marrero claim the discharged debt as income (assuming he recognizes the IRS as a legitimate government agency, and assuming the temporary tax foregiveness for short sales, etc. doesn't apply)? See The Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act and Debt Cancellation for fuller discussion.

There are other questions, but it would help if any of these were answered with a "yes."
