401k plan
I want to draw against my 401K plan. If I do, it says that I have to repay if I terminate my employment. But if I terminate without drawing against it, don't I have the right to withdraw it anyway rather than roll over to another company plan?
And if I do draw against it, and terminate, would I not just get the money left in the plan when I leave?? I know all about the taxes and penalties etc I do not understand this. Any help please. |

I think they mean you have to repay or you need to terminate and pay all taxes due.
But in any case run this by a financial planner before you mess with those savings. |
