I download from the Internet interesting, well photographed pictures that were publicly displayed and put them in my files for future viewing. I also repost these to a Forum. Very occasionally a picture will have a copyright. I do not make commercial use of any of these pictures.
Is there any liability incurred by reposting on the Internet these pictures with a copyright for others to enjoy? Thanks, {redoak} |

yes if the owner of the copyright doesnt like what you are doing or you havent received written permission to use their copy right there is recourse. If you just copy them for your own use and dont publish them its ok to do that. you cannot distribute others copy righted pic. look up copyrights at your local library or online. lavisa

That is correct.
You cannot use them unless the images are expressly permitted to be used. That's the law anyway. |
