Default Running out of time. PLEASE HELP

I posted this twice with no reply in a different area and and haven't received a reply, so hopefully someone will answer me. We were a subcontractor on a project. Right now we are owed around $13,000 for our work on this project. The owners of the project are 40 days from going into forclosure. We placed a lien on the project back in August of last year and have lust placed an additional lien on the project. My question is this: is there anything else that we can do to help insure that we will get paid? We are in California.

You could sue them as well and hope the foreclosure does not occur or is delayed etc. --and it indeed may be.
