Question my situation

Since I started my employment at Walmart. I was continually bothered
and insulted by the Walmart management representative, in more ways
than one. When I when I became at member of the Walmart company I was
under the impression that there was equal opportunity and fairness
towards the employees. Once I actually started working on the floor,
after training, for some reason the management representative always
spoke harshly to me as if I was her child, and intentionally
embarrassed me in front of other co-workers and customers. Walmart has
an open door policy which means if you have a problem with someone you
can speak to a higher form of authority in the company. When I spoke to
other members of management they told me "thats how she is and just
deal with it". When I tried to contact the district manager he never
got back to me. So after several months of physical and emotional
stress management fired me with out notice or cause (Can explain in
more detail if asked). I have since contacted unemployment but I am
already aware that they do not give you 100 percent of your income. So
I have no choice but to take legal action.

what should i do now?

Bad management unfortunately normally does not allow you to sue--they have to have violated the law as to age, race, gender etc. discrimination. Did that happen?
