LLC members liable for loans

LLC members liable for loans
If a group forms an LLC and recieves a loan. If at any point a member of that LLC leaves or resigns from the llc will they be held liable for that loan

Normally not unless they personally guaranteed it as well, or possibly if accusations of fraud exist and are proven.
