selling used underwear over the internet

Is selling used unwashed underwear by mail order in the state of pa illegal?
Is shipping it by usps ,ups or dhl illegal?

My girlfriends best friend is doing this to make money for schooling, but I dont want to see anything happen to her. She just says she see's thousands of websites selling unwashed used underwear , so she thinks there is no legalities to it.

Check with your local police dept. It can violate a number of local laws.

As far as we know if has been deemed illegal in many jurisdictions and if we recall E-Bay will also not allow it.

She is not the first with this "idea" as you note.
