Does anyone dealing with Finance and Banking Law in EU or Switzerland know if there will be any limitations to do business in Europe once a foreign bank opens a bank in Switzerland? Please advise. Any known regs?

What do you mean actually? What is the situation you are trying to resolve.

Our bank is considering to open a branch office in Switzerland and they want to know if they will encounter any problems because of that in EU in the future. By the way. thank you for your reply.

You may want to email WLD privately on the home page and arrange for finance counsel to consult with you.
