Default Was Bank Teller's actions legal?

I went to the bank and tried to deposit money into my checking account. My
mother has a checking account with the same bank. She is the primary on the
account, but I also appear on the account. Without my permission the bank
teller deposited my money into my mom's account. Is this illegal?

They need to put it into your account.

Call the bank president if need be.
