Operating an LLC, my partner is working in field of expertise, creating business income. My field of expertise a bit more difficult to set up and operate as a business. The question is..... Can I work for another company in my field of expertise without creating a conflict of interest or jepordizing my duties as a partner in the business? Will that not cause huge problems when determining LLC profit payout, taxes, etc.?
