I am the "middle man" in most of my dealings. I have recently become aware of the increasingly high possibility that my clients might go straight to the "main man" thus dealing DIRECTLY with them.This is very worrying as i am the one that "ties the two ends together" so to speak. I am presented with a job and i am the one that goes through the maze of finding the best deal possible for both parties. Therefore i think it is equitable to say that i would be "cheated" if they cut me out after having done all the "dirty work".

how do i prevent this from happening?...is there a contract i can get them to sign? Stipulating that as long as my contract as their "middle man" runs valid that they are in fact OBLIGED to go through my services as long as it is related to the trade in question.

Yes you can have them sign a contract similar to a contract that any broker or agent requires.

That is commonly done and really should be in place in any middleman type transaction.

Here is the answer of your complication. First, secure both ends (if you are in the middle) with NCND Agreement (Non Conformity and Non Disclosure) and then protect yourself with IFP Agreement (International Fee Protection) which should be enforced any parts of the worlds of which you sign your contracts.

To be specific with those agreement, as your job as middle man will have to deal with both of the contracts regularly, ask World Law Direct or probably a lawyer near your area.
