auto lease dealer mistake

i just leased a vehicle from Honda for a term of 36 months and 36,000 miles. the lease specifies .15cent/mile charge on miles over 36,000.

i received a call from dealer's finance office a week later stating that Honda rejected the lease because the excess mileage charge should have been .20cent/mile. dealer says it was their error and wants me to sign an amended agreement.

am i obligated to accept a higher excess mileage charge?

additionally, Honda says .20cent/mi on vehicles with MSRP > $30,000. sticker on my vehicle is $29,745 MSRP. it's the destination & handling charge that puts it over $30,000. dealer says that's just the way it is.

can't i hold honda to the fact that the MSRP is less than $30k?

You can normally hold them to the signed lease --it is binding--especially since the error is not that significant.
