Exclamation Insurance portion of a retail installment contract and security agreement not signed

I bought a vehicle from a dealership in Tennessee but live in Mississippi after looking over my Installment contract I noticed I was charged for credit disability. I told the finance person no insurance and when she handed me to contract there was no credit life but had covered the credit disability with her hand. I signed everything but the agreement for the insurance. I called the dealership they put it off on the finance company and the finance company put it on the dealership. At first all I wanted was a refund on it but if they want to be like this I dont want to do any business with them. Does this void the loan because it doesnt contain all the signatures needed?

Yes if all documents were required--Based on what you say here, you could file suit against them (or at least threaten to do so) in small claims court or in regular court; filing in small claims court is easier and requires no attorney...you could try to collect all of the costs and damages that you suffered due to their behavior... You may also report them to your state attorney general's office.
