I have lost everything--is there help for me?

I posted this in the Legal Aid area of the forum too, but noticed that the claims should not be more than $10,000.

After my husband passed away in 2005, my daughter suggested that I sell my house and we purchase one together for her, the children and I to live together in. At that time we were all living together in my house. I sold my house in April 2006 and we were to close on the new home in August 2006. There were some credit issues and the real estate agent handling the new house suggested that we go ahead and put the house in my daughter's name and wait 3 months to sign a quit claim deed and have my name added. I gave $100,000 down towards the house. Since that time my daughter has not put my name on the house and says that the house is her's. She has moved in her lesbian partner. I have asked her to sell one of her other properties and give me my money back, but she says that is not an option. I have lost everything, my home and my money. Is there legal help for my situations?
