Deal of the lifetime????
I'm a project manager in company "A" and I have personal connections to this big developer "B".
"B" could need the services that company "A" offers. "B" doesnt know about "A" If I hook "B" with "A" over a big $$ contract, then what are my legal rights as far as commission is concerned?? Thanks guys! |

If you are an employee you can act only in the interests of your employer and cannot make any money on the side from any deal related to that employment.
