Stealing Money....
My husband and I own a Martial Arts School in Arizona. We are part of an organization that has 16 school total.
My husband does some work for the organization on the side (nothing to do with our school). When he gets paid by the organization head, his check always comes up short. We realized that he is taking money that is owed by our school out of my husband checks for his personal help with things. Does he have the right to take the money without asking or advising us of the situation first? Technically is the Illegal?? Please help I am at my wits end.
