Contract help in AZ
My husband and I are part of an organization of Martial Arts Schools. We pay the organization Head a Name lease fee every month and also a portion of our testing fees every 3 months.
We just found out that the Organization Head has dissolved the Company (LLC) that the contracts were signed with. Does this mean that they are voided?? |

Normally that would mean they are ended. Is there any new successor organization?

not at this point. He dissolved the company the beginning of September and nothing has replaced it.

Then it is over normally--you may seek damages if need be or just end your obligation.
