Suspect online contract with directory

I recently listed my website to a high ranking directory, paying $19.95 for inclusion, when on review I noticed in the terms the following

Submission Terms

In exchange for consideration of the site I am submitting, I agree:

1. To waive any claim(s) relating to the inclusion, exclusion, placement, or deletion of this site in this directory.
2. To grant royalty-free license to use, publish, copy, edit, modify, or create derivative works from this submission.

Surely this could never hold up in a court of law? What should I do. I was assuming that the site was reputable but it's obviously a scam, there is no email address or support on the website. I'm assuming that clause 2 means that they could use the material on my site in any way?

If that is what they think it would not hold up in court. They cannot take your entire site material.

...but if that refers to certain content you specifically submit, that is legal.
