locked out
My dad passed away in April, He owned his business 43 yrs, He had put it in mine and my 2 siblings names. My brother has taken over, he has locked me out. He has opened a business account in his name only. Alot of the business in done in cash. It is a service center, towing, auto mechianics, I don't know what to do. An attorney says there is nothing i can do because it's in all of our names. My dad stated in his will that i am his personal rep. The court then stated i was the legal rep. What am i going to do. I need help.

What do you mean he said you cannot do anything?
If you are a part owner you have full reasonable rights to all company assets, access etc. |
