I work for a small firm and some of our employees have uniforms they rent from a provider. I have had problems with billing and customer service issues with this company and another company came in to do the uniforms. I did not know we had a service agreement with the original uniform supplier and I signed a contract with the new uniform supplier. Our new uniforms have been delivered and we have begun to use these uniforms. The original uniform supplier is trying to charge my firm for the old uniforms that were turned in and some of the employees are not happy with the new uniforms. My questions is: Is there a way I can get out of the uniform contract with the new provider or with the old provider without being penalized?

[I have had problems with billing and customer service issues with this company ]
if those were serious that could have been reason to break the agreement? |
