Please advise, at my wits end!

My husband is part owner of a company and in the past we have always used my
personal credit card (AMEX) for him to use to buy what ever needed for the company.
For years it has not been a problem until these last two months. I have a
balance of 57,000 worth of charges and the majority owner is not paying the
expenses claiming they dont have the funds. I am the person on the account and now my credit card company is calling wanting payment and personally we do not have it to pay. Since the credit card is in my name only can I sue the company for the balance owed? We have the receipts showing everything was for the company.
