Salon Partnership -- S Corporation (15 PA.C.S. 1306)
Pennsylvania
Two parties in a salon business S Corportation partnership. This is a business-stock domestic corporation (15 PA.C.S. 1306). 1. Can one partner hire new employees without the consent of the other partner? 2. Can one partner take control of the business without consent of the other partner? Thank you. |

Do you have a stockholders agreement?
You normally would and it would tell how decisions can be made. Normally you both must agree unless the agreement says otherwise. |
